Shipping Costs

Please note:

• Deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium can be shipped with PostNL or DHL. Deliveries to France, Italy and Spain are shipped with GLS. Deliveries to all other countries are shipped with Deutsche Post (DHL).
• The shipping costs mentioned below are for each package up to 30kg.
• Attention: No shipping of media (CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, etc.) to Belgium and Austria. Pickup by the customer is possible (see below).
  Wholesalers and retailers are responsible for paying taxes and fees in Belgium (see  www.auvibel.be for further informations) and Austria (see www.akm.at for further informations).

Shipping Costs for end customers:

The shipping costs mentioned in the table below are valid for end customers and enterprises, who have no business account at IwonaTEC GmbH. The shipping costs for business account holders are mentioned further down below.

*This costs for Cash-on-delivery are charged once per order, also if there are no shipping costs charged, because the order is above the amount for free delivery.

Because of reasons of commercial law, we currently cannot deliver to all European countries. If your country is not listed above, feel free to contact us. We will then send you a special quotation.

Shipping Costs for customers with business account:

The shipping costs mentioned below apply only for holders of a business account at IwonaTEC.

We have no minimum order value for business account holders. Free shipping deliveries apply exclusively to end customers. For Business account holders are always shipping costs charged.

For commercial reasons, not all EU countries can be supplied by us. If your EU country is not on the list, please contact us. We will  prepare an individual offer for you.

Pickup by the customer

• Of course is it possible to pickup your order at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTEC GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 69, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany). On other locations is no pickup possible.
• Order pickup is only possible during our opening hours: mondays to fridays 9 - 17h,  Saturdays only on appointment.
• To arrange a collection outside of the regular opening hours, please contact us by telephone (+49 2452 977080, mondays to fridays 10 - 12 o'clock) or via our contact form.
• Order pickup is of course free of charge (no shipping costs).
• Please note: At our warehouse is only cash payment possible.
