Shipping information

Please note:

  • Deliveries to France, Spain and Italy can either be shipped with GLS or DHL. To all other countries shipping is only by DHL/Deutsche Post possible.
  • The shipping costs are valid per started package up to 30kg.
  • Pick up is only possible during our pick up times: Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm and Sat by appointment (see bottom).
  • Order from IwonaTec before 2pm and we will ship your order the same day (except for items that are not in stock in the warehouse).
  • Attention: No shipping of Media (CD-R, DVD+R, DVD-R etc.) to Belgium and Austria. Pick up is possible (see bottom).
  • Wholesalers and retailers are responsible for paying the levy themselves. (see www.auvibel.de for further information).

Pick-up

Unfortunately, collection at a location in the Netherlands or Belgium is not possible, but at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTec GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 69, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany).

Pick-up is only possible during our pick-up times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm
  • Saturday by appointment only. For an appointment please contact us by phone (+49 2452 9770828) or via the contact form .

Payment upon pick-up is cash only.

Collection is of course free of charge (no shipping costs).

For traders the following information is required when collecting:

  • Registration number of the vehicle being collected. Copy of the passport of the person collecting the goods (does not have to be the buyer, but the person transporting them). A declaration must be signed that the goods will leave Germany.
