iDeal (only for customers with a Dutch bank account)

With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. iDEAL is the system that links you directly to your internet banking program for an online purchase. To use iDEAL you do not need to register, download files or create an account. If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank or SNS Regio Bank you can pay directly with iDEAL. You then pay quickly and easily in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. Paying as you are actually already used to.

How does iDEAL work?

You can pay with iDEAL in just a few steps:

You order a product
Choose iDEAL as payment method
Select the bank where you already do your banking online
You will be taken directly to your bank's familiar internet banking program
The relevant details of your purchase have already been filled in
You approve the payment in the manner you are familiar with
You will receive a confirmation from your bank
You return to the webshop, order and payment successful!

Advance payment

With this payment method you pay the ordered items in advance to one of our bank accounts. The choice for this payment method must be made when finalizing your order. After finalizing the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the instructions how and to which bank account you should pay. Normally a transfer takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on the bank you use. Your order will be shipped the working day of receipt of your payment.

PayPal

Paypal is a modern and secure payment system, which gives you the option of a direct payment method such as credit and/or EC card, even if you use a Paypal account or a bank transfer method for your orders instead of a credit card.

If you want to use the Paypal option in our webshop, you need a Paypal account, which you can create for free at www.paypal.nl After you have opened an account with Paypal, you can decide which payment method to use with the Paypal system.

You can transfer money from your "real" account to the Paypal account or have it written off. The transferred amount is at your disposal for the purchase via the Paypal system. You can then pay for your order directly with Paypal in the IwonaTEC Onlineshop, for example. Your payment will reach us after a few moments and we can process and send your order immediately.

Credit card

If you have a Eurocard/Mastercard or a Visa card, you can use these cards for your orders in our webshop. As with the previously mentioned payment methods, you choose the option "Credit card" during the order to pay with your credit card.

We use the Saferpay credit card payment system in our Webshop. If you have selected a credit card in the "Shopping cart" window and click on the "Start payment Credit card" button in the "Payment" window, an additional window will open with the Saferpay credit card module displayed. Here you can see the total amount of your order again and then fill in the necessary information regarding the credit card. Of course, all this data is processed via an SSL-secured database in which all information is subjected to special coding in order to prevent access and/or misuse by third parties.

After you have entered all the necessary information of your credit card, you confirm your payment again in the Saferpay window. The Saferpay system informs us immediately about your payment so that we can process and send the order immediately.

The Saferpay credit card system we use is one of the safest on the Internet and supports the associated security brands such as “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard Secure Code”. For this reason, our system also asks for the security code on the back of your credit card. Only when you have entered the code correctly, your payment will be made.

We strive to make our shopping system as safe as possible for you and to develop the technologies used to the latest state of the art. With this result we work with selected systems and companies in the IT sector.

Cash on collection

If you plan to pick up your order in our store and warehouse in Heinsberg (Germany), you can of course also pay in cash. As with all other payment methods, you also choose this during the ordering process. As soon as you have completed the ordering process, the order will be processed by us. When the order is ready for collection, you will receive an email from us. You can then come to our warehouse with the order confirmation and pick up the order and pay in cash.
