We offer several ways to pay your order:
- Cash on delivery (only for Germany and the Netherlands)
- Credit card
- Cash on pick up
- iDEAL (only for customers with a Dutch bank account)
With this payment method you pay the ordered items in advance at one of our bank accounts. This payment method has to be selected during the ordering process. After completing the ordering process you will receive an email from us containing an order confirmation. On this confirmation you will find the total amount of your order. In the next step please pay the total amount to the our bank account mentioned in the email.
Once your payment has been booked to our bank account, your order will be processed and shipped to you. If you forget to pay the amount of the order, we will send you within 7 days a reminder email. If we do not receive a payment after further 7 days your order will be deleted automatically.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
This payment method can you also choose during the ordering process. After completing the ordering process you receive an confirmation email as well. Your order is immediately processed and shipped to you via "cash on delivery". The postman delivers your order and collects upon delivery the specified total amount. For Cash on Delivery by cash, the Post charges additional costs, but we have already included this in your order.
What happens if you are not at home when the Post delivers your order?
In this case, the postman will leave a card in your letterbox with an information in which post office you can pick up your delivery. You can pick up your delivery there by showing your identity card and paying the COD amount at the post office counter.
If you do not collect your delivery within 7 days at the post office, the shipment will be returned to IwonaTEC GmbH. This may have the consequence that they are recorded internally in a lock file to limit the abuse of these shipping /payment option.
So in your own interest make sure that you can receive the order at home or pick it up at the post office.
Please note: This shipping method is only available for Germany and the Netherlands!
PayPal is a modern and certain payment system, that offers the possibilities of direct currencies like credit cards and/or EC-cards to you, also if you use a PayPal account in place of a credit card in your orders.
If you would like to use PayPal in our shop, you require first of all a PayPal account that you can arrange free of cost under www.paypal.com. After you have created a PayPal account, you can decide, which payment method for the PayPal-system should be used.
You can transfer money of your "real" bank account to your PayPal-account. The transferred sum can be used then for your purchases with the Paypal-system. You can pay your order then for example in the IwonaTEC online shop immediately with PayPal. Your payment reaches us already after few moments and we can process and send out your order immediately.
PayPal offers also the possibility to use a credit card for your payments, or you can pay your purchases also comfortably over the PayPal-system by transfer. In all ways PayPal is the mediator between buyer and salesman. You can always check online in the PayPal-system, which payments you have done using PayPal.
If you are in the possession of an Eurocard/Mastercard or a Visacard, you can use these cards for the payment of your orders in our shop. Like other payment methods you choose this method during the order process in our shop.
We use the Saferpay credit card payment system in our shop. You chose the credit card payment in the window “Step 1: Shoppingcart" and progress your order. If you click in the window “Step 3: Payment” on “Start payment Creditcard” an additional window will pop up, that shows our Saferpay credit card payment system. Please fill all the required information in so that we can process your order.
We use an certified SSL-connection to transfer all input data from the Credit card system in our shop.
All Orders that receive before 14.00 pm can normally be processed at the same day.
The Saferpay credit card system used by us, belongs to the most certain in the internet and supports additional Security features like "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard secure code". For this reason you will be asked to put in the security information regarding to your credit card. The order can only be processed if you put all needed information in.
We are striving to form our shopping system for you as certain as possible and to align the related technologies according to the current state of the technology. We cooperate for this reason only with selected systems and companies in the IT business.
Cash on collection
If you decide to come to our warehouse in Heinsberg (Germany) to collect your goods, you can of course pay also cash. Like all other payment methods, you can choose Cash on pick up during the ordering process. As soon as we have received your order we will process your order. When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email from us. You can come during our opening hours with your order confirmation to our warehouse to collect your order.
Please note: At our warehouse are only Cash payments possible, no card payments.

If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank or SNS Regio Bank you can pay directly with iDEAL. You pay then quickly and easily in the familiar online banking environment of your own bank. Pay as you are used to be.
How does iDEAL work?
The iDEAL Payment takes only a few steps:

Select the bank with which you use for online banking
You will be forwarded directly to the known Internet banking program of your bank.
The relevant data of your purchase are already entered
You confirm the payment in the usual way of your online banking
You will receive a confirmation of your bank
You will be redirected back to the online store, your order and payment was successful.
