The IwonaTEC team is committed to providing excellent service to customers. If you are dissatisfied with a product or have received a defective product, please contact our customer service or fill out the form below as completely as possible.

If you have created an account, returning is much easier, just go to my orders and click on "return".

After you have filled out the form, our customer service will contact you and explain how to return the products. Please do not return any packages without first contacting our customer service.
