IwonaTEC's team is doing its best to offer customers excellent service. If you are dissatisfied with a product or if you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service or fill in the form below as completely as possible.

Complaints should be BINNEN 7 days after receipt of the package.

In some cases a return shipment is not necessary! So please return only products to us if our customer service has promted you to return it. You will receive a RMA number which allows us to assign your shipment easier to your customer account.
