Pick-up
Pick-up is only possible during our pick-up times: Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm and Sat by appointment.
Pick-up outside these times is possible by appointment: Tel. +49 2452 977080 (Mo - Fr 11 am - 2 pm) or via Mail ( info@iwonatec.com ). Pick up is of course free of charge (no shipping costs). Unfortunately, pick up is only possible at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTec GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 69, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany).
