Self-collection
Self-collection is only possible during our opening times: Mon.- Fri. 9 - 17h and Sat. only on appointment.
To arrange a collection outside of the regular pickup times please contact us by telephone (+49 2452 977080, Mon. - Fri. 10:00 - 12:00 o'clock) or by mail (info@iwonatec.com).
Self-pickup is free of charge (no shipping costs).
Unfortunately there is no possibility for collection at a location in the Netherlands or Belgium and you have to pickup the commodities at our warehouse in Germany (IwonaTec GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 69, 52525 Heinsberg, Germany).
